Our Work

This week year 6 have been doing SAT’S and year 5 have gone up to the dinner hall and written a story to read to the reception children. Year 6 have also been having bacon sandwiches and hot chocolate everyday.

We have been learning about the royal wedding, reading the story of The White Rat and writing a newspaper report. On wednesday we went swiming. In numeracy we have been learning about 3D shapes.

On Monday I wasn’t in school I was at home because I broke my toes. The rest of the class worked very hard. On Tuesday I went to school because I wanted to go to school.  After that I went home then I played on laptop and I went on club penguin and friv. On Wednesday I went to school and read my book and in science we learnt about light and shadow.

Today we typed up our letter to our headteacher in school. Also in Miss Harwood’s class we wrote down our letters to our headteacher and it took a long time to write it. On Wednesday we went swimming and it was fun!!! The lessons in swimming were cool becuase the only people that could swim were G.F, M.P, L.C, H.Ch and E.M.

In maths we are doing revsion to help us for SATs and in literacy we are writing newspaper reports and in the afternoon we are doing more revsion and more maths.

In Literacy we have been making stories about a book we have read. In numeracy we have been doing dividing! In our topic work we have been making a healthy lunchbox.
